The product promise

A lighter way to run independent work.

No installer and no separate trial: the product page always opens the official workspace.

01

Open, don’t install

Use SoloHQ at its official address in any modern browser. Save it as a browser startup page when you want it ready every day.

02

One account, one workspace

Google sign-in identifies your private SoloHQ workspace so the same projects and settings are available on your signed-in devices.

03

Focus on the work

Projects, notes, links and public release feeds sit together, without turning SoloHQ into another chat or inbox.

Official interface

One place for the moving parts.

The screenshot is from the official SoloHQ interface. The workspace remains the only maintained experience; demo links open it directly.

Every capability, clearly scoped

Core tools for the work you actually keep.

Each feature stays intentionally small, connected, and easy to leave with an export.

Projects & status

Create a focused project space, keep status and progress visible, and use the workspace as your browser start page.

  • Project-specific notes and links
  • Progress, status, and revenue context

Dated notes & pins

Notes receive a date and are indexed by date. Pin an important note to keep its title or preview at the top.

  • Date index for quick retrieval
  • Pinned previews jump straight back to the note

Bookmarks you control

Add, edit, remove, reorder, and move bookmarks between categories. A category can be deleted only after it is empty.

  • Drag handles prevent accidental moves
  • Quick external links stay simple outbound links

Public updates

Follow user-selected public GitHub releases and RSS/Atom feeds without granting mailbox, calendar, or task access.

  • Source filters and 10-item pages
  • Add, pause, edit, or remove feeds

Optional Google Docs

For a project that needs a shareable document, explicitly connect Google Docs and keep a project-named document updated.

  • Docs link appears beside the project memo
  • Drive access is separate and opt-in

Preferences & recovery

Choose language, theme, and start behavior. Export JSON or import a backup whenever you need a portable copy.

  • English plus nine additional interface languages
  • Export and delete controls for your workspace
Start in minutes

The official path has three steps.

Open SoloHQ

Go to the official workspace in a browser; no extension or installer is required.

Sign in before important work

Use Google sign-in so SoloHQ can match the same private workspace on each signed-in device.

Make it yours

Create a project, add notes and bookmarks, then choose only the public GitHub or RSS/Atom sources you want to follow.

Plain-language privacy

A private workspace, with clear boundaries.

Google sign-in gives SoloHQ a stable account identity. It does not turn SoloHQ into a reader for your Google mailbox, calendar, or tasks.

Private SoloHQ cloud workspaceWhen you choose to sign in, the projects, notes, bookmarks, and settings selected for sync are stored in your private SoloHQ workspace so they can follow you across devices.
No Gmail, Calendar, or Tasks readingNormal sign-in requests only identity information. SoloHQ does not request access to those Google data sources.
Google Docs stays opt-inDrive access is requested only when you explicitly connect project notes to Google Docs; its refresh token is encrypted before storage.
You remain in controlExport a JSON backup, import it again, or delete the cloud workspace from SoloHQ settings. Deleting cloud data does not erase your local browser copy.
No demo detour

Open the real workspace.

The official SoloHQ address is the product. Any former Demo link now takes you here.
